Tribelt B.V. is a Dutch manufacturer of metal conveyor belts and the drives that run them, based at Metaalstraat 9 in Haaksbergen, the Netherlands. Founded in 2002 and part of the Swedish Lesjöfors Group since 2019, Tribelt builds belts for bakeries, potato, vegetable, meat and dairy processors, pharmaceutical plants, recyclers and machine builders. Every belt is made to order in Tribelt's own factory.
Tribelt does more than weave wire. Its engineers help choose the belt type and material, carry out strength calculations and work out how the belt fits into the customer's machine. If required, Tribelt installs the belt on site or supports the fitters, so the result matches the production environment it has to work in.
Belt types
: stable wire-eye belts for ovens, freezers, dryers and washers
(balanced weave): open woven spirals that let heat and air through, up to about 1,150 °C
(compound balanced): a dense surface for small products and heat treatment
