## Culture

Tribelt, the manufacturer of metal conveyor belts in Haaksbergen, the Netherlands, describes itself as a progressive, innovative employer with an inclusive culture in which every employee is seen, heard and encouraged to do their best work.

Tribelt develops and produces as much as possible in-house. That keeps the company flexible and the work varied, for customers and staff alike. The culture is one of give and take: ideas and effort from employees feed directly into shared results. Tribelt invests in personal coaching, targeted training and a healthy balance between work and private life, so people keep developing and stay involved.

## Vacancies

Current openings include a **CNC machinist** (40 hours per week), who turns and mills sprockets for conveyor belts. The details are on the [CNC machinist vacancy](https://tribelt.jorisjonkers.dev/en/vacancies/cnc-verspaner) page. Applications go through the official Tribelt website; this site has no application forms.

## Growing your career

Tribelt encourages staff to keep learning, whether through theory or through hands-on experience with new machines. Because Tribelt shares one roof with sister company De Spiraal, a spring and wire form maker, employees can grow within Tribelt and also move on to a role at De Spiraal. That gives a broad, long-term development path in a stable and familiar workplace.

## Internships and graduation projects

Every year Tribelt hosts students for work placements and for graduation research. Together with the student, it looks for a practical assignment that makes good use of their theoretical knowledge, and it provides personal supervision and subject-matter support. Students can expect an instructive environment with room to develop. University students have also visited the factory, as described in the news item on [Mechanical Engineering students from UT and VU](https://tribelt.jorisjonkers.dev/en/news/de-spiral-and-tribelt-receive-mechanical-engineering-students-from-ut-and-vu).
