# Metal Conveyor belts

> Overview of Tribelt's metal conveyor belts: eyelink, open spiral, closed spiral and Tri-Flex belts, drive elements and specialty belts, all made in-house.

## Six product families

Tribelt has developed and manufactured metal conveyor belts for many years. With its own engineering team and its own drive workshop in Haaksbergen, the Netherlands, it can take a project from first sketch through installation and maintenance. The range is split into six families.

### Eyelink belts

Metal belts made of wire eyes joined by crossrods and links, forming a flat and stable carrying surface. Five variants (OGB-L, OGB, OGB-LF, OGB-F and OGB-S) cover everything from bakery ovens to pharmaceutical sterilisers. ### Open spiral belts (balanced weave)

Woven from alternating left- and right-hand wire spirals with an open mesh, so air, heat and liquid pass through freely. Ideal for ovens, cooling, drying and heat treatment up to about 1,150 °C. [Open spiral belt details](https://tribelt.jorisjonkers.dev/en/conveyor-belts/balanced-weave-belts).

### Closed spiral belts (compound balanced)

A densely nested weave that gives an almost closed surface for very small products and even heat transfer, in widths up to 4,000 mm. [Closed spiral belt details](https://tribelt.jorisjonkers.dev/en/conveyor-belts/compound-balanced-belts).

### Tri-Flex

A stainless steel belt of hinged links that runs straight or turns through curves, built for spiral freezers, spiral coolers, pasteurisers and smokers. [Tri-Flex details](https://tribelt.jorisjonkers.dev/en/conveyor-belts/tri-flex).

### Drive elements

### Other belts

## The Tribelt brochure

Tribelt publishes a brochure that summarises all six belt families with their technical data. It also explains how the belts are used in sectors from bread and pastry to fruit and vegetable processing, recycling and water treatment, and how Tribelt's engineers help with material selection and drive calculations from the design stage onwards.
